  3. Plumbing: install water lines, drain & dryer vent for washer/drier in utility room; repair cold water pipes which were chattering, by Tim Tanner (May 8, 2020)
  4. Heating system: service call on boiler (propane-fired hot water system), replaced faulty pump, checked all 3 hot-water circuits & thermostats), by Ongaro (May 13, 2020)
  5. Electrical work: install new subpanel, run 240V supply for drier & 120V for washer in utility room, by Larry Daunell (May 14, 2020)
  6. Weed-whacking for fire safety below house by Florencio Ramirez (May 25, 2020)
  7. Yard & shrub cleanup, pruning and further work on grasses by Nina Fisher & Jorge (June 9, 2020)

Completed 2010-2011 at time of purchase

  1. Re-roofed and replaced all 11 skylights with Velux, top-of-the-line skylights
  2. Decked & carpeted over the in-the-living-room swimming pool 
  3. Installed new washer & dryer in the master bathroom
  4. Installed new glassed-in and tiled shower in the master bathroom
  5. Added a half-wall at the main house entrance, to provide more private space in the living room.
  6. Added a new drop-ceiling in the downstairs apartment with “quiet-rock” sheetrock to insure minimal noise to and from the apartment.
  7. Installed new tile in the cottage entrance and new carpeting in the cottage.
  8. Installed new carpeting throughout the main house.
  9. Installed new carpeting in the apartment and new tile in the apartment bathroom.
  10. Installed new lighting fixtures in cottage and apartment.
